Celebrating outstanding achievement in virtual reality, the VR Awards 2017 is only 10 days away! This awards night is organized by VR Bound along with the biggest names in VR sponsors and media. Over 300 international delegates are expected to attend the awards ceremony, which will be held in one of  central London’s most iconic venues, 8 Northumberland Avenue. These influential attendees include investors, VR consultants, designers and developers.

There are total of 12 award categories: VR Headset of the Year, Mobile VR Headset of the year, VR Hardware of the Year, VR Game of the Year, Innovative VR Company of the Year, VR Experience of the Year, Most Creative Use of Marketing in VR, Interactive VR Media/Film of the Year, VR Startup of the Year, Best Use of VR in Education and Training, Best use of VR in Healthcare, and Best Out of Home VR Entertainment. The extensive judging community announced the shortlists last August 9, which included G’Audio Lab.

 

VR Awards Shortlist

We have been shortlisted in the Innovative VR Company of the Year category that acknowledges industry leaders paving the VR landscape through first-to-market developments. We have been nominated alongside Zero Latency, Technicolor Center, Merge VR, Globacore, and Jaunt VR. We are very excited that our efforts to bring lifelike sound to VR and ultimately the complete immersive VR experience has been recognized by the judges, and we are honored to be included in such great company. Cheer for us on the night of the awards this October 9th!
